Job summary

Mott Philanthropic LLC is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to support a small team of program staff and assist in developing and monitoring grantee portfolios. You will conduct research to support funding decisions, coordinate meetings, draft materials, and maintain records, including budgets.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and manage meetings and conference calls.
• Develop and monitor portfolios of grantees for clients.
• Conduct research and analysis to support grant making and due diligence.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Programs.
• Assist with basic copy editing and drafting meeting materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Programs and the program staff with developing portfolios of grantees.
• Research areas of interest to clients to inform grant making and due diligence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events; prepare and distribute materials.
• Draft meeting documents and maintain financial and program records.
• Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
