Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in program administration and/or evaluation.
• Experience in human services or community development program areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, directs and evaluates assigned personnel and administers performance appraisals.
• Plans and implements grant cycles and administers service contracts for recipients.
• Monitors programs at macro and micro levels for compliance and performance measures.
• Develops and reviews budgets, statements of work, and project schedules.
• Liaises with partner agencies, sub-recipients, and stakeholders to ensure program success.
