Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Grant Program Specialist to support grantmaking and program administration for communities addressing domestic violence and related issues. The role involves pre-award and post-award support, data analysis, and coordination with program staff and DOJ stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, with 4+ years of federal grants/financial management experience, strong analytic and written skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant consulting and/or related experience in federal government grants, financial management, budget, or human capital.
• Strong analytical and written skills, and advanced Microsoft 365 experience.
• Experience evaluating business processes and procedures; gap analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support grants management throughout the lifecycle, collaborating with program staff and DOJ stakeholders.
• Respond to programmatic queries from management and staff.
• Assist staff with ad-hoc programmatic requests during the fiscal year.
• Track programmatic monitoring activities and reporting needs.
• Develop process improvement strategies and standard reports for client impact.
