Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five or more years of experience in program, finance, and/or grants administration.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong data integrity and process focus.
• Knowledge of grant making practices, regulatory requirements, and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Grants processing and operations for 400+ grants annually across four foundations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate data management, entries, compliance checks, and updates to applicants and staff.
• Maintain grant files, test system upgrades, and support troubleshooting with staff and grantees.
• Develop reports, audits, and communications for internal and external audiences.
