Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Grants Management - Senior Consultant to join our public sector practice in Arlington, VA. You will design and implement federal grant projects, supporting strategic planning, financial management, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement across the full lifecycle of grants.

You will work with state, local and federal clients, translate policy into actionable deliverables, and help modernize grants operations with data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools, while upholding rigor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ relevant work experience.
• Experience in grants management roles at federal/state/local government, university or consulting firm.
• Thorough understanding of Uniform Guidance – 2 CFR 200 and Single Audit requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate client needs into deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite, including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
