Job summary

Guidehouse in Washington is seeking a Grants Program Specialist to support grant administration across pre- and post-award cycles for programs addressing domestic violence and related issues. You will assist the Grants Development and Management Division and coordinate with program staff, finance, and DOJ stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and data-informed decisions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in federal grants, a business/finance degree, and DoJ Public Trust eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant consulting and/or federal government grants experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoJ Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Support grant program administration across pre-award and post-award processes.
• Respond to programmatic queries from management and program staff.
• Collaborate with program staff, associate directors, finance staff, and DOJ stakeholders on grants.
• Assist staff with ad-hoc programmatic requests throughout the fiscal year.
• Track programmatic monitoring activities.
• Develop process improvements including templates and narratives for the grants lifecycle.
• Perform data analysis to support program inquiries, performance results, and compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish repeatable reporting reflecting impact.
