Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience with grant reporting, data collection, and program documentation.
• Experience in social services, housing, or community outreach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily operations of Social Services programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor program goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Tribal departments, healthcare providers, housing agencies, and community organizations.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and interagency events.
• Assist with grant administration, reporting, and compliance.
• Provide updates on program activities and deliverables to management.
• Support development of individualized service plans and coordinated care approaches.
• Monitor program progress and identify service gaps for improvement.
