Responsibilities

• Grant Administration: maintain compliance for state/federal grants; review documentation; assist in new grant development; validate financial/programmatic docs; review and score applications; develop scoring rubrics.
• Customer Service: coordinate with Grants Team; assist Grant Program Managers across the agency; process electronic documentation; update spreadsheets; deliver webinars; conduct on-site monitoring visits.
• Compliance Review: monitor state legislation and CFR; review policies to align with guidelines; research and apply procurement standards.
