Job summary

Goodwill Industries International, Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Grants Manager to oversee the administrative backbone for the Workforce Innovation & Systems portfolio, including GDCA Digital Skills/LERs and Opportunity Accelerator grants.

You will own portfolio-level award activation, sub-award lifecycle, procurement coordination, and financial monitoring. The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Public Administration and 3–5 years in grant administration; PMP or grant management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and minimum 3–5 years in grant administration or similar.
Experience with multi-grant portfolios and private/public funders.
Comfort with SharePoint, Excel-based tracking tools, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio-wide grant administration from award through closeout.
Coordinate RFP and site selection processes and sub-award lifecycle.
Oversee budgeting, invoicing, procurement, and financial monitoring.
Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, trackers, and audit-readiness documentation.
Collaborate with Program, Finance, Legal, and Development teams to mitigate risk.
Ensure compliance with funder requirements and organizational policies.
