Job summary

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking an Analyst, Operations Specialist SP&F to provide operational support for client relationships, grantmaking, contracts, and expenses. The role requires expertise with RPA's internal systems, staff training, and process improvements to enhance project outcomes.

The candidate will lead grantmaking activities, track proposals and awards, resolve risks, and ensure timely communication with clients. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, office support, and client service (5-7 years).
• Familiarity with nonprofit sector, grantmaking or nonprofit operations.
• Experience with CRM and comfort in learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead grantmaking review processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Handle contract administration, expense reimbursements, and documentation.
• Provide operational support and train project staff on systems.
• Develop and administer contracts for Sponsored Projects using templates.
• Identify risks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
