Job summary

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors seeks an Analyst, Operations Specialist SP&F to support a portfolio of client relationships, manage grantmaking processes, contracts, and expense reimbursements. You will be the expert on internal systems and drive efficiencies across projects.

You will train staff on tools, coordinate project operations, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering high-quality service to clients in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years experience in operations, office support and client service.
• Experience with project management and managing competing priorities.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector including grantmaking or nonprofit operations.
• Experience with CRM and learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage grantmaking review processes and track funding requirements and awards.
• Guide resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Organize and prepare complex documents using office software.
• Coordinate project expenses, system training, and access to sponsorship benefits.
• Build strong client relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead internal communications and problem-solving for Sponsored Projects.
• Suggest innovations to processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Develop and administer contracts using templates and systems.
