Job summary

The Rockefeller Family Fund seeks an experienced nonprofit professional for the Grants and Operations Associate role. Reporting to the Assistant Director for Operations, you will support grants administration, operations, and development activities across the organization in a hybrid New York-based role.

You will update grants systems, manage donor data in Raiser's Edge, coordinate materials, and assist staff with scheduling, purchasing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grants administration: update grant records, reporting, payment schedules, and donor information.
• Maintain grant files and follow up with grantees for overdue reports.
• Enter Donor Advised Fund data and Raiser's Edge information; assist in materials distribution.
