Job summary

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors seeks an Analyst, Operations Specialist SP&F to support a portfolio of client relationships with grantmaking, contract administration and expense reimbursements. You will lead processes, train staff on internal systems, and drive improvements in tools and workflows to boost efficiency and service delivery.

The role requires expert knowledge of internal systems, strong communications, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years in operations, office, and client service.
• Experience with project management and prioritizing tasks.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector and grantmaking.
• Experience with CRM and comfort learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage grantmaking review processes with internal stakeholders.
• Track proposals, due diligence, award letters, and grant agreements.
• Monitor process flow for assigned grants.
• Guide resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Prepare complex documents and summarize data for reports.
• Coordinate project expenses and resources; support staff training on systems.
