Job summary

The Woodcock Foundation is seeking a Grants & Operations Manager to oversee administrative, operational, financial, technology, and grants-management functions in support of its mission.

Reporting to the Executive Director and working with the Senior Program Manager, you will maintain internal systems, coordinate with external accountants and consultants, and lead special projects in a lean, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant nonprofit, philanthropic, operational, or financial management experience.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong proofreading and copy-editing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full administrative lifecycle of the Foundation's grantmaking process.
• Maintain operational practices and technology systems; explore AI usage ethically.
• Liaise with external finance and accounting teams; support financial reporting.
• Coordinate special projects, board meeting planning, and external consultant management.
