Job summary

IntermediaryEd is building its inaugural Operations and Grants leadership to stand up grant administration and core operations in Newark, NJ. The role blends infrastructure setup with ongoing grants management and cross‑functional collaboration to drive impact.

The Manager, Operations and Grants will shape systems, knowledge management, KPI dashboards, SOPs, and data reporting, growing with the foundation as it scales ahead of a 2027 launch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading grants programs and operations teams.
• Ability to design processes for due diligence, disbursement and reporting.
• Knowledge management and KPI/dashboard development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement grants administration processes and controls.
• Integrate AI into workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Program teams to ensure compliance.
• Manage day-to-day admin infra including IT and HR workflows.
• Lead cross-functional projects and maintain an analytics program.
