Job summary

The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (NCSBI) seeks a Grants Program Manager to promote consistent grant administration and proper stewardship of funds in Wake County, NC. You will coordinate the agency’s grant lifecycle from opportunity to closeout and support grant compliance.

You will act as the primary liaison for Grant Project Managers, the Business Office, leadership, awarding agencies, and auditors, ensuring deadlines, documentation, and financial compliance across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of program experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of Federal and State grant administration.
• Ability to coordinate audits, reporting, and closeout activities.
• Experience communicating with leadership, grantors, and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agency-wide grants administration through the full lifecycle.
