Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in operations, process improvement, project management, PMO, or related field.
• Experience in mission-driven or regulated environments is helpful but not required.
• Ability to translate ideas into practical, repeatable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate recurring operational deliverables with timelines, inputs, dependencies, and follow-through.
• Use Asana to structure work, track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain and improve team process guides, controls, trackers, and information hubs for accuracy and ease of use.
• Partner with Grants Management and internal stakeholders to improve handoffs and end-to-end workflows.
