Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in operations, process improvement, project management, PMO, or a related field.
• Ability to assess how work gets done and translate ideas into practical, repeatable workflows.
• Strong project management fundamentals; manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and deadlines.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity; propose solutions with limited direction.
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who builds tools and processes.
• Systems- and data-minded; comfortable with Excel and business tools; use data to tell a story.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adapt to audiences.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, discretion; long-term career in operations.

Responsibilities

• Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Review workflows, design scalable processes, translate needs into practical workflows, tools, and documentation.
• Operational & Project Management: Own and coordinate recurring operational deliverables, timelines, inputs, dependencies, and follow-through; use Asana to structure work and track progress.
• Systems, Data & Documentation: Maintain process guides, trackers, and hubs; use data to understand performance and support decision-making.
• Cross-Team Partnership & Problem Solving: Partner across Grants Management and with internal stakeholders to improve handoffs and end-to-end workflows; own emerging operational problems.
