This is a grant-funded role through December 2028 with potential extension based on funding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, social work, nonprofit management, project management, or related field.
  • Two years of demonstrated experience in program implementation, project management or business development.
  • Experience supervising staff or volunteers.

Responsibilities

  • Supports design, implementation and oversight of the NeMac program with project timelines, milestones, deliverables, workflows, and partner coordination.
  • Coordinates communication among internal departments, instructors, employer partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintains project workplans, process documentation, schedules, and internal reporting tools.
  • Tracks participant, credential, and employment data in coordination with college staff and systems.
  • Prepares or supports reports, updates, and documentation for leadership, partners, and funders.
  • Leads participant onboarding, orientation, and ongoing program communication with students.
  • Works with instructional and student support staff to strengthen persistence, completion, and transition to employment or further education.
  • Manages program budget, contracts, purchasing, resource planning, and project reporting.
