Veterans Multi-Service Center, Inc. seeks a Grants Officer to lead funding opportunities, craft proposals, and manage grant reporting. The role collaborates with program, finance, and leadership to align objectives, budgets, and outcomes with funder requirements.

Onsite work at our Philadelphia HQ supports veteran services across programs. The position emphasizes timely submissions, accurate records, and proactive communication with funders and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• 3–5 years of grant writing, proposal development, or grant reporting experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
• Ability to manage multiple grant applications, reporting deadlines, and communications.
• Experience preparing applications and reports for government or foundation funders preferred.

Responsabilités

• Research, identify, and evaluate funding opportunities; share deadlines with leadership.
• Write, prepare, and submit grant applications and proposals with budgets and supporting docs.
• Coordinate with program staff to reflect objectives and financial needs in proposals.
• Communicate award details to program Directors and leadership; track and report on awards.
• Maintain grants calendar, reminders, and organized records of submissions and notices.
