Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA in related areas preferred.
• 7+ years in grants management or closely relevant field, preferably in health care or higher education, with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors monthly budget, fund and general ledgers for assigned funds; provides variance analysis.
• Ensures grants, clinical trials and other revenue/expense streams are properly monitored.
• Communicates with accounting staff to obtain variance explanations and ensure proper revenue/expense capture.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and related transactions.
• Analyzes revenue cycle and develops feasibility or business plans for new/existing programs.
• Prepares regular and ad hoc reports; participates in leadership discussions.
• Recommend and implement changes for efficiencies; document procedures.
• May mentor or oversee junior staff.
• Performs other related duties.
