Job summary

The Anne & Gene Worrell Foundation seeks a Grants Manager to oversee our grantmaking lifecycle, from intake to reporting, ensuring compliance and data integrity in Charlottesville.

You will work with the President and Director of Grantmaking & Partnerships, manage Catchafire coordination, and provide technical assistance on GivingData and related systems.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to community development are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in grants management
• Strong data management and analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and customer service

Responsibilities

• Oversee full grant lifecycle including intake, review, and reporting
• Maintain grant records and budgets across grants
• Provide technical assistance on GivingData and grant systems
• Support Catchafire backend and partner coordination
• Prepare materials for Grants Committee and Board
• Ensure compliance monitoring and timely reporting
