Planned Parenthood of Greater New York seeks a Grants Manager to oversee grant budgets, reporting, and compliance for public and private funding streams. You will support the VP of Grants Administration in developing systems to monitor and report on grants and contracts.

Responsibilities include preparing renewal budgets, analyzing spending, and coordinating donor reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills are essential in our mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree. 2–4 years grant accounting experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting and analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee public and private grant budgets and compliance.
• Prepare budgets for renewal grants, RFPs/RFAs, and grant modifications.
• Coordinate mandated data collection and grant reporting to donors.
• Prepare grant close-out documentation and assist in developing monitoring systems.
