Job summary

S:US is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee a portion of our grants and funded programs. You will report to the Director of Grants Administration and work with fiscal, budgetary and program services teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role covers grants administration, budgeting, contract renewals, reporting, and audits, with daily interaction across funders and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of grants management experience.
• Experience undergoing audits.
• Strong communication and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of OMB requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Grants Administration and Budgeting: Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual claims and budgets to funders via portals.
• Reporting and Analysis: Analyze year-to-date financial performance and prepare timely reports.
• Other: Assist with ERP system implementation and upgrades; respond to audits.
