Planned Parenthood of Greater New York (PPGNY) is seeking a Grants Manager to prepare and monitor grant budgets, billing reports, and renewal applications. The role supports the VP of Grants Administration in developing and maintaining systems to track public and private funding and ensures compliance with funders’ requirements.

Responsibilities include grant budgeting for renewals, monthly compliance discussions, and preparation of close-out documentation.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and analytical skills.
• Grant accounting experience preferred (Not-for-profit/public funding).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, monitor, and modify grant budgets and fiscal reports.
• Coordinate donor reporting and contract signing; maintain master contract files.
• Assist VP of Grants Administration in developing monitoring systems and grant health checks.
• Complete grant administrative documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
