THG is seeking a full-time Grants Manager to lead grants management for the philanthropic programs of its family office and the family foundation. The Grants Manager will oversee pre-award through post-award processes, handling a high volume of grants and inquiries with precision and timeliness.

Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in database management; experience in a family office or philanthropy is a significant plus.
