• Ensure award recipients comply with applicable policies, procedures, and sound business practices.
• Process grant and agreement applications used to make award decisions.
• Interpret and provide guidance on relevant statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to lower-graded grants management staff.
