Global Solutions Network, Inc. is seeking a Grants Management Specialist to support GMP activities for NIH/NIAID, including system updates, workload distribution, and drafting terms of award.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, familiarity with grants administration, and strong MS Office skills; excellent communication is essential. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to work on high-impact federal programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Familiarity with grants administration preferred.
• Experience working with databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the Grants Management Program (GMP), including system updates, workload assignments, and grant administration support.
• Stay current on NIH/NIAID policies, guidance, and applicable laws affecting clinical research.
• Participate in meetings and updates.
• Coordinate SOPs and internal guidance for GMP processes related to grants with clinical research.
• Assist GMP in drafting terms of award and managing internal resources and communications.
• Prepare responses to NIH and other requests for information.
• Schedule internal training and coordinate with staff to obtain approval for presentations.
• Oversee closeout processes and reporting with GMP staff, grant recipients, and relevant divisions.
