Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review grant e-print reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and send final invoices to agencies.
• Reconcile and close grants after final payment.
• Index grant documents in BDMS and process receivables.
• Prepare monthly invoices and manage petty cash and checks.
• Supervise student workers and assist with office duties.
