Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; current undergraduate or graduate student (or recent graduate) in public administration, nonprofit studies, political science, or related fields preferred.
• One year of excellent communication, writing, and research skills preferred; familiarity with Salesforce recommended.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and to travel, as needed.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with standard Microsoft Office and related technology.

Aufgaben

• Conduct Funding Landscape Analysis by researching philanthropic trends and identifying emerging funders in a region or thematic area; prepare summary reports.
• Create case studies by gathering program narratives, data, and quotes for fundraising materials.
• Review historical grant records in Salesforce and shared drives; identify inconsistencies and prepare a reconciled dataset for archival purposes.
• Compile, organize, and format materials (thematic briefs, fact sheets) for internal or external use.
• Attend and participate in meetings; maintain punctuality and safety; perform other duties as assigned.
