We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Grants Manager, Research Collaborations & Government Funding to support our growing portfolio of government-funded research programs, academic collaborations, and strategic innovation initiatives. This role will serve as the primary administrator for government grants and sponsored research activities, ensuring compliance with funding agency requirements while facilitating successful collaborations between Siemens Healthineers, academic institutions, healthcare providers, and government agencies. The ideal candidate combines expertise in grants administration, project coordination, compliance management, and stakeholder engagement across complex research and innovation ecosystems. The Grants Manager will work closely with Siemens Healthineers and academic scientists throughout the grants process. In addition to the grants related responsibilities, the individual will be working closely with other team members of the Collaborations administration community. The role requires independent administration of multifaceted projects including clear and timely communication.

The base pay range for this position is: $98,140 - $134,937. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
