Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Finance professional to partner with R&D and the CFO Office, shaping budgets, forecasts, and grant administration for development programs. You will build scalable finance processes and provide actionable insights across actuals, forecast, and cost structures.

You will support near-term close, governance, and grant reporting while helping the business scale toward commercialization with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, controlling, FP&A, project finance, or grant administration.
• Experience supporting R&D, engineering, product development, or technology-focused organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D project controlling activities, including budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, cost tracking, and commentary.
• Administer ARPA-H grant financial processes, milestone reporting, cost share tracking, and audit readiness.
• Partner with R&D, project management, finance, and procurement to ensure proper planning and reporting.
• Develop financial models to support transition from R&D to Commercial and prepare readiness dashboards.
