Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in English, Communication, nonprofit management or related field.
• 3-5 years experience as grant writer, monitor, evaluator and/or performance reporter.
• Successful track record of securing six+ figure grants and reporting on outcomes.
• Understanding of social determinants affecting health and wellbeing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and secure external grant funding and coordinate internal grants program.
• Draft data-informed grant applications, proposals and reports aligned with Augusta Health’s mission.
• Develop fundraising collateral, donor materials and cases for support.
• Collaborate with Foundation, clinical and operational leaders to translate priorities into funding proposals.
