Qualifications

• Successful track record of securing six+ figure grants and working with stakeholders to submit timely reports required
• Understanding of social determinants/factors affecting health and wellbeing preferred

Responsibilities

• Research and secure external grant funding.
• Coordinate internal grants program.
• Draft fundraising collateral and proposals.
• Develop donor materials, cases for support, campaigns, newsletters and appeals.
• Collaborate with Foundation colleagues, clinicians and leaders to translate priorities into funding proposals.
