Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Sinai Hospital is seeking a Grants Coordinator to support the Grants and Corporate Philanthropy teams in submitting applications and managing funded projects.

You will organize calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, assist with pre- and post-award activities, and help identify new funding opportunities. The role offers on-site work in Owings Mills with benefits including tuition reimbursement and a generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting grant administration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar of Director of Grants Administration and the grants deadline calendar.
• Coordinate complex meetings with executive assistants and program staff across the organization.
• Create and distribute meeting agendas and supporting materials.
• Support Pre- and Post-Award Grants Managers with document review and tasks.
• Create and update a tracker of upcoming grant opportunities.
• Assist with grant mining to identify new funders and opportunities.
• Enter grant applications and awards data into Raiser's Edge and Salesforce.
• Prepare kickoff meeting checklists and agendas.
• Review and edit grant applications, communications, and award documents.
• Provide backstopping for Pre- and Post-Award Grants Managers.
• Support Major Gifts Officers with document formatting for private foundations.
