Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum three years of grant writing, grant administration, or nonprofit funding experience.
• Experience developing grant proposals and managing budgets, compliance, and reporting preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with grant management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research funding opportunities and develop competitive grant proposals with leadership input.
• Manage the full grant lifecycle including deadlines, deliverables, reporting, and documentation for compliance.
• Monitor grant expenditures, coordinate funding requests and financial documentation, and track performance.
• Serve as primary liaison with funders and build partnerships across internal departments.
• Uphold mission and values while ensuring compliance with standards and pursuing organizational priorities.
