Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant preparation, receipt, review, processing, and monitoring in Grants Management.
• Design, prepare, and issue grant materials; advise applicants and agencies on procedures.
• Maintain computer tracking system for grant applications and contracts.
• Assist staff in preparing reports and contracts; compile data and prepare monthly/annual statistics.
• Review applications for accuracy, completeness and compliance with filing requirements.
• Serve as secretary to Grants Review Committees; manage agendas and notifications.
• Maintain control on correspondence and supervise others.
