Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in fiscal management, including budgeting, subawards, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of federal fiscal systems and cost principles (e.g., 2 CFR 200).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day fiscal management for a federally funded CTAHR award and subawards.
• Prepare and submit regular financial and fiscal reports to the U.S. Department of State and UH.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and reconcile cost-share funds; review travel and invoices.
• Act as liaison with UH fiscal offices, sub awardees, and external auditors; support budgets.
• Ensure compliance with donor and university policies and federal/state regulations.
