Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional additional hours may be required during peak reporting periods or fiscal year-end.

The Grants Fiscal Technician position provides financial support to the Senior Grants Accountant within the Grants Division of the Financial Operations Department. This role is responsible for assisting with the processing and monitoring of grant‑related financial transactions, including the preparation and entry of corrective journal transactions, as well as the processing of specialized vendor and subrecipient payments. In addition, the Grants Fiscal Technician supports monthly grant reconciliations by researching and resolving outstanding procurement and payroll discrepancies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of grant financial records. The position also assists with the preparation and submission of reimbursement requests for Adult Education Grants, helping to ensure compliance with funding requirement and the timely recovery of grant expenditures.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
