Job summary

Wyoming Child and Family Development, Inc. is seeking a Fiscal Analyst to perform general accounting duties and support the Accounts Payable department. The role requires handling invoices, cash receipts, fixed assets, grants reporting, and Medicaid billing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Compile monthly and quarterly reports for grants, board/policy council, month-end financials, utilities and center supply budgets.
  • Enter invoice information into accounting system for approved expenses.
  • Process cash receipts and deposits; manage fixed assets and in-kind.
  • Assist with Medicaid billing, travel requests, and payroll proofing.
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain filing/records.
