Job summary

Wyoming Child and Family Development, Inc. is seeking a Fiscal Analyst to perform general accounting duties and support the Accounts Payable department. The role requires handling invoices, cash receipts, fixed assets, grants reporting, and Medicaid billing.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred Associate’s degree in business/Accounting and familiarity with QuickBooks. Some travel may be required and applicants must meet health and background checks as per policy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Degrees must be from accredited institutions.

Responsibilities

• Compile monthly and quarterly reports for grants, board/policy council, month-end financials, utilities and center supply budgets.
• Enter invoice information into accounting system for approved expenses.
• Process cash receipts and deposits; manage fixed assets and in-kind.
• Assist with Medicaid billing, travel requests, and payroll proofing.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain filing/records.
