SAVE is seeking a Finance and Grants Specialist to oversee government grant budgets, invoicing, and compliance under OMB Uniform Guidance. This role partners with Program, Development, and Operations to ensure accurate grant accounting, procurement, and subrecipient monitoring while supporting audit readiness and funder reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of federal grant management experience, proficiency with QuickBooks/BILL.com/BambooHR, and strong data management

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent nonprofit governance/grants experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive federal grant management experience including procurement and subrecipient monitoring.
• Experience with government grant budgeting, invoicing, and reimbursement-based funding.
• Working knowledge of nonprofit operations and federal/state grant/contract funding mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of OMB Uniform Guidance, restricted funds, and grant compliance requirements.
• Strong data management and statistical analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with accounting/financial systems (QuickBooks, BILL.com), HR/timekeeping systems (BambooHR), and MS Office (Excel/Word).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and monitor government grant budgets.
• Prepare, review, and submit grant reimbursement invoices with supporting documentation.
• Advise program staff on allowable costs and reimbursement requirements.
• Oversee purchasing policies and procurement considerations.
• Establish subrecipient monitoring procedures and vendor/audit readiness.
• Ensure nonprofit governance records and board correspondence meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Program, Development, and Operations to align expenditures with activities.
• Lead payroll processing and timekeeping administration.
