Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in grant writing and grants management, including 3+ years managing federal and/or state awards.
• Ability to develop and execute a funding strategy aligned with organizational goals, with a track record of securing new funding.
• Experience interpreting grant contracts and compliance requirements.
• 1+ year supervising staff.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office, especially Sheets/Excel and Docs/Word.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Lead the development of a funded grants strategy and growth plan.
• Identify and pursue federal, state, foundation funding opportunities.
• Oversee complex awards; ensure compliance and reporting.
• Manage grant invoicing approvals and pre-award activities.
• Lead grant readiness for a new non-profit foundation.
• Supervise Grant Specialist and coordinate with Grants Project Manager and Grants Coordinator.
• Cultivate funder relationships and represent the organization in meetings.
