Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP seeks a Director of Grants Management Services to lead strategic initiatives, drive practice growth, and oversee complex client engagements across public sector, healthcare, higher education, nonprofit, tribal, and other grant-funded areas.

The role emphasizes executive leadership, talent development, and collaboration with National Practice leadership to deliver integrated grant lifecycle solutions while promoting thought leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10–15 years of grants management or related field experience.
• Strong knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and grant lifecycle management.
• Proven business development and client relationships experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the grants management practice across the full lifecycle.
• Drive business development, client relationships, and market growth.
• Oversee engagement planning, staffing, budgets, and quality control.
• Advise on federal regulations, compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
• Lead talent development and mentoring within the team.
