Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Director of Grants Management Services to provide strategic leadership across the full grant lifecycle and to drive growth, client service oversight, and operational excellence. The role involves partnering with senior leaders, expanding service offerings, and guiding complex engagements for public sector, healthcare, education, nonprofit, and tribal clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10–15 years of grants management or related experience.
Experience overseeing complex federal and state grant programs.
Strong knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and grant lifecycle.
Proven business development and client relationship management.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic vision and growth plan for the Grants Management Services practice.
Oversee budgets, resources, and performance monitoring.
Develop and expand service offerings across grants lifecycle.
Lead proposals, interview teams, opportunity strategy sessions, and capture planning.
Represent the firm at conferences and client events.
Guide compliance and governance for grant-funded programs.
