Job summary

HOPE Family Health Services seeks a Development & Grants Coordinator to advance grant development, fundraising support, and community relationships. You will manage grant pipelines, coordinate proposal development, and collaborate with leadership to gather data and outcomes for funders.

Responsibilities include donor communications, sponsorship coordination, and crafting compelling stories to showcase HOPE’s impact and needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of grant writing, fundraising, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Federal, State, local, and private foundation grants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant development across all phases, including writing, budgeting, submission, and reporting.
• Identify and pursue Federal, State, local, and private foundation opportunities aligned with HOPE’s mission.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to gather data, narratives, outcomes, and supporting documentation for proposals and reports.
• Maintain grants calendar, files, templates, and funder records for compliance and renewals.
• Support donor engagement, sponsorships, and community partnership storytelling.
• Assist in developing grant-related content for annual reports, newsletters, and websites.
