The role emphasizes narrative writing, grant research, and cross-functional coordination to drive a growing program and sustain annual revenue growth in a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional, institutional fundraising experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented.
• Exceptional writer and editor who can translate complex programs into funder-facing narratives.
• Proficiency in donor CRMs or Bloomerang, research systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Grant Management and Proposals: identify opportunities, write proposals, manage reporting requirements.
• Tracking and Compliance Maintenance: manage grant administration processes and deadlines.
• Individual Giving and Database Administration: manage donor CRM, giving history, and stewardship workflows.
• Cross-team Collaboration: coordinate with program staff to compile impact metrics for compliance reports.
• Fundraising Strategy: contribute to plans to raise funds through grants, individual gifts, and events.
• Systems Monitoring: audit profiles on government portals and rating agencies to ensure accuracy.
