Central Lincoln County YMCA in Maine is seeking a Grants & Development Coordinator to support grants, donor stewardship, and data work. Reporting to the Director of Development, the role helps turn community impact into compelling proposals, timely reports, and strong donor relationships.

The position can be full-time or part-time, with scheduling built around the right candidate. You’ll collaborate with program directors and leadership, manage the grant calendar, enter gifts in the donor CRM,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or a related field.
• Strong grant writing and reporting skills aligned with funder priorities.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and cultivate relationships.
• Proficient in donor CRM data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Development leadership to advance grants and donor stewardship.
• Draft mission-focused grant requests and reports.
• Manage grant calendar and deadlines for submissions.
• Enter gifts in donor CRM and prepare acknowledgments.
• Develop donor engagement plans with Communications team.
• Support fundraising efforts including campaigns and events.
• Act as Mandated Reporter when required.
