Job summary

GOH seeks an energetic grants data analyst to support the Office of Head Start in the Southwest region. You will lead data collection, integrate data from multiple sources, and develop dashboards to inform decisions.

You will build, maintain, and test databases, deliver high-quality analyses, and translate complex data into visual stories for diverse stakeholders. Onsite role requiring collaboration with technical and program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or relevant certs preferred.
• 3+ years of professional grants data analysis experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Tableau, Python, R, SQL, Power BI.
• Experience aggregating data from multiple sources and presenting insights.
• Onsite work at the OHS Southwest Regional Office.
• Knowledge of Head Start grants and systems a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop databases, reports, and tools to support grant processes.
• Maintain grants management databases and oversee data quality.
• Create engaging data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and GIS.
• Translate data into visual stories for diverse audiences.
• Prepare analyses, dashboards, and presentations for decision makers.
• Test systems, document issues, and support end-to-end data workflows.
