Job summary

GOH, a small management consulting firm serving the federal government since 1997, seeks an energetic member with grants management data analysis experience to support our Office of Head Start client.

You will lead data collection and analysis, translate findings into dashboards, prepare reports, and serve as the primary data liaison between functional and technical teams, onsite at the OHS Southeast Regional Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred.
• At least 3 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and R for data analysis.
• Ability to work onsite at the OHS Southeast Regional Office.
• Knowledge of Head Start program and grant systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop databases, reports, and tools to support process improvement.
• Prepare and present analytical findings to diverse audiences.
• Translate data into visual stories using dashboards.
• Lead data collection, validation, and integration from multiple sources.
• Test systems, run scenarios, and document issues.
• Support grants management activities and pre/post-award tasks.
