Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Grants Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Grants and Corporate Philanthropy teams, helping organize and maximize the teams' capacity to submit applications for and manage private and public funding.

The role includes scheduling, document review, data entry into Raiser's Edge and Salesforce, grant tracking, and collaboration with Major Gifts Officers to prepare foundation submissions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of related experience.
  • Experience with grants administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Director of Grants Administration calendar and deadline calendar.
  • Coordinate complex meetings with multiple attendees across the organization.
  • Create and distribute meeting agendas and supporting materials.
  • Assist Pre- and Post-Award Grants Managers with document review and tasks.
  • Create and continuously update tracker of upcoming grant opportunities.
  • Assist with grant mining to find new opportunities and funders.
  • Enter grant applications and awards into Raiser's Edge and Salesforce databases.
  • Help create initial checklists and agendas for grant kickoff meetings.
  • Review and edit grant applications, communications, and award documents.
  • Format and finalize grant-related documents.
  • Provide backstopping for Pre- and Post-Award Grants Managers.
  • Support Major Gifts Officers with document locating and editing for private foundation grants.

The Grants Coordinator provides administrative support to the Grants and larger Corporate Philanthropy teams to organize and maximize the teams' capacity to submit applications for and successfully manage both private and public funding

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendar of Director of Grants Administration and overall Grants deadline calendar
  • Work with executive assistants and program staff to set up and manage complex meetings with multiple attendees across the organization
  • Create and distribute meeting agendas and other supporting materials
  • Provide support for Pre- and Post-Award Grants Managers with document review and associated tasks
  • Create and continuously update tracker of upcoming potential grant application opportunities
  • Assist with grant mining to find new grant application opportunities and funders
  • Support data entry of all grant applications and awards into Development's (Raiser's Edge and Sales Force) databases.
  • Assist with creation of initial checklists and agendas for grant application and award kickoff meetings
  • Assist with review and editing process of grant applications, communications, and award acceptance documents
  • Assist with formatting and finalization of grant related documents
  • Provide backstopping for Pre- and Post-Award Grants Managers
  • Provide support to Major Gifts Officers in locating documents, formatting, and editing for private foundation grant applications
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience: 1-3 years of associated experience

Pay Range: $23.22 to $34.83 Based On Experience
